These terms and conditions apply to every order placed on https://tamam.team (the “Store”), operated by Tamam Trading Co., Salmiya, Hawalli Governorate, Kuwait (“Tamam”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Orders and acceptance
- An order is placed when you complete checkout. You receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
- We accept your order when we mark it as Processing (payment received, order being prepared). Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed incorrectly.
- Prices are shown in KWD and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Payment
- We accept credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), KNET, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
- Card and KNET payments are confirmed instantly.
- Bank transfer orders stay On hold until we confirm the transfer, normally within 24 hours on business days. Sending proof of payment to support@tamam.team speeds this up.
- Cash on delivery adds a fee of 1.000 KWD and is available only inside Kuwait.
- An order that stays Pending payment is cancelled automatically after 60 minutes. You are not charged for a pending order.
3. Delivery
- We deliver everywhere inside Kuwait; we do not ship internationally yet. Deliveries are made by Aramex.
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on a business day are handed to the courier the same day. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.
- Shipping costs 2.500 KWD. Shipping is free for orders over 25.000 KWD.
- You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also find it under My Account → Orders.
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we will always help you locate a late parcel.
4. Changing or cancelling an order
- You can change the delivery address, change an item, or cancel an order for free while the order is still Processing and has not been handed to the courier.
- Contact us at support@tamam.team with your order number. Once the order has shipped, please use the returns process below.
5. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Our full Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. In short: you may return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the item, size exchanges are shipped free of charge, and damaged, defective, wrong or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Non-returnable: socks and underwear once the pack is opened, and items with the tags removed.
6. Product guarantee
All products carry a 6-month store guarantee against manufacturing defects, for example split seams, faulty zips, or soles separating from the upper. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, fading from washing outside the care instructions, accidental damage or misuse. We repair, replace or refund a defective item at our choice.
7. Discount codes
- One discount code can be used per order and must be entered at checkout. Codes cannot be added after an order is placed.
- If a valid code did not work at checkout, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Codes may have an expiry date, a minimum order value or product restrictions, which are stated when the code is issued.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. You can update your email address, password and saved addresses under My Account → Account details. Invoices are available under My Account → Orders.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
