This policy explains what personal data Tamam Trading Co. (“Tamam”, “we”) collects when you use https://tamam.team, why we collect it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account and order data: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history, and the messages you send us.
- Payment data: payments are processed by our payment providers. We never store full card numbers. We keep the payment method, the transaction reference and the amount.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the store secure and working.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, take payment and send order updates (confirmation, shipping and tracking, refunds).
- To answer your support requests. Support conversations are handled in our help desk software, and the customer’s order history is shown to our support team so they can help faster.
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records.
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers who help us run the store: our hosting provider, payment providers, Aramex for deliveries, our email provider, and our help desk provider. Each provider receives only the data needed for its task. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: as long as required by tax and accounting law.
- Support conversations: up to 3 years after the last message.
- Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. You can update most of your details yourself under My Account → Account details. For anything else, email support@tamam.team. We answer within 1 business day.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the shopping cart, login and checkout to work, and basic analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not work without the necessary ones.
