Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), KNET, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Card and KNET payments are confirmed instantly. Bank transfer orders stay On hold until we confirm the transfer, normally within 24 hours on business days. Cash on delivery adds a 1.000 KWD fee.
My payment failed but my order shows “Pending payment”. Was I charged?
No. A pending order is not paid. Your bank may show a temporary authorisation that disappears within a few days. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 60 minutes; just place a new order.
Can I use a discount code after I ordered?
Codes must be entered at checkout. If a valid code did not work, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we refund the difference. One code per order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, for free, as long as it is still Processing and has not been handed to the courier. Email support@tamam.team with your order number.
Can I get an invoice?
Every order has a printable invoice under My Account → Orders → View. For a company invoice with a registration number, email us the details.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
2 to 4 business days after shipping (3 to 5 business days for Wafra, Abdali and Sabah Al-Ahmad Sea City). Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on a business day ship the same day. See Shipping & Delivery.
How much is delivery?
2.500 KWD, free on orders over 25.000 KWD.
Do you deliver outside Kuwait?
Not yet. We deliver everywhere inside Kuwait; we do not ship internationally yet.
How do I track my order?
The Aramex tracking number is in your shipping email and under My Account → Orders → View.
Sizing and products
How do your sizes fit?
Tops run XS to XXL and follow the measurements in our Size Guide; if you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Shoes are EU 36 to 45; the Court Low runs true to size and the Everyday Runner runs half a size small.
What are your t-shirts made of?
The Classic and Logo tees are 100% combed cotton, 180 gsm; the Heavyweight tee is 100% combed cotton, 240 gsm, relaxed fit. Apparel is made in Egypt and footwear in Portugal.
How should I wash my clothes?
Clothing: machine wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours, do not tumble dry, do not bleach, iron on low and never on the print. Shoes: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry away from direct sun, never machine wash.
An item is out of stock. When is it back?
Most sizes are restocked within 2 to 3 weeks. Click “Notify me” on the product page or email us and we add you to the restock list.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery, items unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Not returnable: socks and underwear once the pack is opened, and items with the tags removed. Full details in the Refund and Returns Policy.
Wrong size – can I exchange it?
Yes, within 14 days and subject to stock. For a size exchange we ship the new size free of charge; you only pay the return shipping.
When do I get my refund?
We process it within 3 business days after the item reaches us. Your bank may then take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Report it within 48 hours with photos. You choose a free replacement or a full refund, and we arrange the courier collection.
Do you offer a guarantee?
6 months against manufacturing defects (split seams, faulty zips, soles separating). Normal wear and washing outside the care instructions are not covered.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
we can hide the price on the invoice and add a short gift message on request; gift wrapping is not offered yet
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, from 20 units of one product. Email support@tamam.team for pricing and a delivery date.
